How Insight Dental Courses uses personal information for enquiries, bookings and course administration.

This page contains clearly labelled draft placeholder wording for private preview only. It is not legal advice and has not been approved. Final wording, company details and data-protection responsibilities must be confirmed before publication.

Who we are

INSIGHT DENTAL COURSES LTD, company number 15498478, registered office 35 Askew Crescent, London, England, W12 9DN. We are responsible for deciding how personal information is used for Insight Dental Courses enquiries and bookings.

Enquiries and course communication

If you contact us by email or Instagram, we use the information in that conversation to answer your enquiry, discuss the course and make any arrangements you ask us to consider. We do not require you to move an Instagram privacy request to email before it is recognised.

Bookings and payments

Ticket Tailor is used for course ticketing. The configured checkout asks the buyer for first name, surname and email address, and asks for the email address a second time to reduce delivery errors. Payment may be handled through Stripe or another agreed payment route. Booking and payment records are used to administer the course, send tickets and joining information, manage attendance and maintain records that we are required to keep.

Website measurement

Optional Red Thread website measurement is not active for ordinary visitors on this deployment. Controlled development-partner test journeys may enable it using a registered test-run marker. Any wider production measurement will remain consent-gated and will be described on the Cookies and measurement page.

How long information is kept

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, administer the course, maintain necessary booking and financial records, and deal with legitimate follow-up or disputes. Different information may therefore be kept for different periods. Routine post-course housekeeping is being formalised rather than represented here as an automatic deletion process.

Your rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact drpete@insightdentalcourses.co.uk with a request or concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator.
